Who We Are
NEVER RED is a management consulting firm headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Since 2018, we have supported enterprise transformation programs for clients ranging from TSE Prime-listed corporations to global firms — including engagements alongside EY, PwC, ABeam Consulting, Amazon Japan, and LY Corporation (Yahoo! JAPAN).
We are not a firm that delivers a polished deck and walks away. We stay on the ground with our clients — through design, implementation, and adoption — until the results are real.
What We Do
ERP / SAP S/4HANA
End-to-end support for SAP S/4HANA implementations and legacy migrations (e.g., Oracle EBS to SAP), including requirements definition, fit-to-standard design, data migration planning, and post-go-live operations for S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Project Management (PMO)
Hands-on PMO for large, multi-vendor programs: master planning, vendor management, issue and risk control, and stakeholder alignment across business and IT.
Digital & Management Transformation (DX)
Business process re-engineering, mid-term management planning, CRM and data-platform strategy, and AI governance (usage guideline design and implementation).
